We primarily serve customers around the globe, with a focus on Europe and the Americas. If you encounter an issue with your product that results from our manufacturing or shipping process, please review our policy below:

1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

   • We only accept returns or exchanges for products with manufacturer-related defects, including but not limited to:
     • Wrong size shipped
     • Visible defects in stitching
     • Incorrect color
     • Incorrect size
     • Rips, tears, or damage
     • Peeling or damaged prints
   • Exchanges will only be processed if you contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
   • You must provide a clear unboxing video that shows the defect and the condition of the product upon opening.

2. Exchange-Only Policy

   • We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for eligible items.
   • If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement product.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

   • Contact Customer Support: Email or message our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and your unboxing video.
   • Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
   • Ship Back the Defective Item: If required, you may need to return the defective product. Ensure it is in its original packaging and condition.

4. Important Notes

   • Requests made after 15 days of delivery or without an unboxing video are not eligible.
   • We do not assume responsibility for any issues that occur due to personal handling, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.
